Information you provide to us

We collect the information you provide to us, namely:

• Your email (required)
• Your name
• Your company name, address and website URL if you upgrade to a manager account
• Your company users' emails, names, titles and hire date and custom PTO configuration / policies
• Your PTO policies, accrual rates, requests, notes and dates
• Your payments to our service (without the actual credit card information)

Please do not store truly sensitive information in our service.

Information we collect automatically

Cookies are used to manage login sessions. The site will not function if cookies are disabled.

Log files are generated by the application and stored on the servers. These log files may contain personal information you have provided to us such as your email, name, company name, IP address, web request and so on. They are used to monitor, analyze, maintain and improve the service.

Ads

There will never be ads on the site.

Third Parties

We use Stripe for payment processing and Google Analytics to track usage and traffic across the site.

We do not share your information with other third parties.

Changes

This privacy policy may change in the future and if it does, the date at the bottom of the page will be updated and a note added about the specific change. By continuing your use of this site after that, you are agreeing to the revised policy.
